ZCME Shines at 23rd District 17 Conference
The Zonta Club of Makati and Environs (ZCME) once again proved its steadfast commitment to service and advocacy as it emerged as one of the most awarded clubs at the 23rd District 17 Conference held at the prestigious Andaz Hotel in Macau.
For yet another year, ZCME proudly took home the Gold Award for Most Outstanding Club of Area 5, standing tall alongside its sister clubs, Zonta Club of Laguna (Silver) and Zonta Club of Muntinlupa (Bronze). This consistent recognition reflects ZCME's unwavering dedication to empowering women, uplifting communities, and leading by example across the district.
Beyond the top honor, ZCME also earned accolades across multiple categories: Silver Award – Best in Service for its pioneering partnership with the Psychological Center for Abused Girls at Marillac; Silver Award – New Golden Z Club Sponsorship, celebrating the launch of the Golden Z Club of University of Makati; Merit Award – Zonta Says NOW Project, recognizing The Little Vintage Shop; and Bronze Award – Digital Poster of Club Projects.
These collective triumphs are a testament to the passion and perseverance of ZCME members, whose collaborative spirit continues to inspire change not only in Area 5, but across Zonta International.
