The Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) is a private, voluntary, non-stock, non-profit corporation established to certify non-government organizations (NGOs) that meet established standards of financial management, governance, and program effectiveness. PCNC accreditation serves as a seal of credibility and integrity. Accreditation by PCNC also enables NGOs to qualify for tax-deductible donations under Philippine law.
